We also enjoyed their hospitality and if we ever go out to Needles again we'll eat there.

If you pass this way again, Please ask for me, LaVonda Kelso, and I would Appriciate you allowing me to buy your meal. LaVonda Kelso Morning Supervisor
We were there and the food was very good and very fresh
I love the place whenever I come to needles..are you going to ever open back up?
Inside the restaurant no unless it's an aide dog
Had two owners, now separated, each with a restaurant. Caused name change.
Going to be honest, came here thinking it was a Mexican restaurant. Was a little surprised walking in, either newly remodeled or a new place. Looked warm and inviting so I thought I would give it a shot anyway. Really good food and drinks! Right next to the truck stop so I will definitely be back!
I certainly enjoy the dishes and service, fantastic location close to my house. The workers are always helpful. Highly recommended.
The Meatloaf was delicious and so was the carrot cake.
Great service and great food. Everyone was friendly and polite, not always common in the food service business. I can recommend the Wild West Burger and my wife loved the Eggs Benedict. If this is any negative it's that the bacon was slightly overcooked, but come on... it's bacon... you are going to eat it anyway.
Easy to find, prompt and friendly service, and great food and atmosphere!!!
Excellent early bird specials. Great happy hour. The Pot Roast Stew is fantastic. Every table has 3 different kinds of hot sauce.
We did not like our Continental Breakfast option at our motel so we opted to find a nearby diner for breakfast before hitting the road. With a long drive ahead of us we figured a good big breakfast would hold us most of the day with light munching. Portions are a nice size. Coffee was very tasty. Service was pleasant. And all the family was happy. Food also came pretty quick.
Just a nice place, very friendly staff and we had extremely good ribs here!
Hadn't been for a year. As good as always. We had eggs Benedict and chicken fried steak They offer a go coffee or soft drink for free.
Good food, excellent service and very well worth the money. Exceptional staff. Friendly.
We had 48 motorcycle rider's today.. call ahead that we we're coming... And they had it all ready for us... The service was great, the cooks worked hard and fast to feed us.. our table was handed by Jennie... What a great job and the food was great...Everyone was happy with there meals ... We thank you!!! The Brunch Bunch Rider's.....Good job guys and gals... You've always been good to us...😎😚🤗
This place used to be known as Juicys. It’s generally very good. We usually come here for breakfast, and it’s about $10-$12 a person. The only complaint from our family this time was that the country fried steak was underwhelming, but other than that the service and food here is very good.
You go here for the breakfast if you sleep in the best western
We stopped here for dinner on our way to Kingman. The food was delicious, they catered to our 2 small children splitting the spaghetti dish to 2 plates and our server Tiffany was great! The breakfast menu looks awesome, I definitely recommend making a stop here if you are in the area.
Had a burger and fries to go and the food was not too bad!
We never stop here (at the truck stop) however, this place is in the parking lot and we will be making it a regular stop when time allows! This place was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The food was absolutely delicious! Maybe next time we will save room for some of their deep dish pie! I had the Shrimp Scampi Pené and the hubby had the grilled fish and vegies. Both came with choice of soup or salad. Their broccoli soup is to die for. Best I've ever had. For a little stop in needles you'd think this place should be in a lot busier town! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful first time visit!
The best lunch that I've had in a long time. I went with the Blackened Salmon salad and chocolate cake for dessert since they were out of ice cream. I finished off the meal with a few of Tequila Sun Rises. They really nailed it.
Food was what you would expect at a Diner style restaurant. Server was friendly. The food arrived in a timely manner. My 9 year old twins enjoyed their kids meals of a burger and chicken tenders. They did rave about the fries and tater tots. My fried shrimp was good too. My husband really enjoyed his nachos. They had tons of toppings.
Lavonda was awesome and my husband and I ordered veggie burger and a veggie wrap with a veggie patty inside. Or food came out really fast and correct.
We had food from Giggling Cactus delivered, so I can't comment on the atmosphere, but the food is great. They have a good menu with American food, including burgers and some comfort foods. I had chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and veggies. It was very well made and delicious. The other meals my family ordered were also fantastic. They also offer desserts. We had brownie sundaes with ice cream. The desert tasted very yummy. I'm a little picky with my brownies, and these were very good.
I feel like not a lot of people know about this place and it should be more known. When I went there with my family it was practically empty. Service was great, food was delicious, and our waitress was so nice. I recommend it, and it even has a bar. I’m not old enough to drink yet, but it’s good if you wanna go out with your friends and have a drink. I walked into the place starving and I walked out feeling full and energetic. This place is definitely worth it, I loved it and I know you will love it too. Gold star 10 out of 10.
Food here is decent....cost is fair. This is a good size place with a bar...booth and table seating....Televisions All around!!! I took the family....everyone enjoyed their selections (no complaints about the food)...plenty of options for everyone. Our Server was attentive...although he did get a couple things wrong....(still no complaints). Good place for a regular meal...or Great if you are passing through!!!
Great little place we found on Route 66! Stopped at the Tesla Supercharger next door on our road trip from California to Alabama and it was our favorite meal along the way. Definitely check it out!
Great food. Good drinks. Regular priced. People were nice especially the chef but the decor left things cold feeling but food is worth it
A totally unexpected experience! I was a little nervous before going and if you are... don't be. The food was great but the service was exceptional! These guys really have it going on! We started with the pork nachos, which were perhaps the best nachos that I've ever eaten. I had the chicken wing appetizer as a meal with an order of loaded Baja cheese fries and my son had a Baja burger and fries. The serving sizes were huge(well more than we could eat) and it tasted great!!!
Pro: Nice diner/bar, very family friendly and easy on off the hwy. Wait staff was very friendly. Food was very tasty and generously portioned. Dining room was clean and tidy. Con: bathrooms were a bit nasty. Floors were sticky, stalls had a ton of graffiti and the doors were filthy.
Tiffany was an amazing hostess. The Bleu Burger was awesome.
This unassuming place had exceptional service. The food was good, the portions were large and the prices were very reasonable. It's clean with a ton of free parking. It's worth noting that their signage is not great and it's easy to drive right by them. But assuming you find them, it's well worth stopping for a meal.
The food here is great, I always stop by when I pass through town. The best part about this place BY FAR is Jenee'. She is wonderful and always makes sure I'm taken care of!! I also highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip.
You don’t want to miss this place when passing through. The food here was really good and the service was excellent. The only thing I can say bad is that when we first came in was it was warm in here but the waitress turned the a/c down and it cooled off.
It's hard not to be able to cook an egg
Nice clean restaurant. Beer tap selection minimal, pub food is decent. Could use a better beer selection. Friendly staff.
We spent two weeks in North Shore RV Resort in Needles, California in late March 2018. We enjoyed eating at several of the local restaurants, among which, GIGGLING CACTUS!Not sure how the name GIGGLING CACTUS got its name but the four of us enjoyed polite and prompt service without a wait for our midweek lunch meal. We thought the food prices and quality were above average. The restaurant was clean with booths, tables and areas for large groups.Cindy and I shared their delicious Reuben Sandwich with potato salad. Leslie and Emma enjoyed their breakfast items of banana pancakes and hearty sides. Portions were more than ample leaving us room for their hot fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream! That was enough for Cindy, Emma (my 11-year-old granddaughter who loves chocolate) and me!Overall, we enjoyed our lunch at GIGGLING CACTUS and will definitely go eat there again when we next visit Needles, California.
After searching the local restaurant choices, we selected the Giggling Cactus. On Friday they have "Fish and Chips" special menu all you can eat. We ordeed citrus cod and philly cheese steak. The fish was cooked and seasoned well, served with stir fry veggies and rice.
Very delicious food and friendly service. They have GF bread and separate fryers for fries.
The food is plenty and service is great. Everyone is friendly, the place has a fresh new look. If you haven't been you really should stop in.
Pricey and slow service.
Onion rings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Pastrami🍔 Burger ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Philly Cheesesteak ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Baja 🍟 Fries ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️H2O 💦🍋 (water) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Cute little spot I found through Yelp that we check it out husband and I enjoy our meal staff was extremely friendly and constantly checking on you to make sure that your needs are met. Food was delicious and served hot! The fries 🍟 could’ve been a little hotter 😊 and the Philly could have been a tad juicier😉 but the pastrami was pretty darn good 💥Asked us is we had room for dessert 🍨 but we got beyond full! But they offered what sounded some pretty tasty 😋 options!!!I would recommend this place to anybody traveling through the needles areas either going to California/Arizona or Las Vegas, NVKeep up the good work guys you are doing amazing and if you treat other customers like you treated us you will most definitely be getting five stars from other Googlers
Excellent diner with first class staff it has an old style feel about it. I had their excellent clam chowder followed by the liver bacon and onions both excellent. You see the chef working his socks of in the kitchen, well done fella.
Good food and courteous staff and last but not least a full bar.
Giggling Cactus was recommended to us by Mike at Social Security Office. It was a good choice. Full menu items. Several daily specials. Great service. Good food. Our server was a blonde female at 2:30 PM on January 16. Wish I new her name. Great server. I had French Toast with egg and bacon. We had biscuits and sausage gravy. One patty melt with a full plate of French fries.
Needles is the most middle of nowhere desert town I have ever been to during a cross country trip. It was 118° and not a square foot of shade. Luckily, we found the Giggling Cactus and were treated to excellent service, good food, and a very friendly bartender. I wish I could remember her name, but she was the manager. If you pass through Needles, stop here!!
Great food, awesome costumer service , breakfast is really good. Keep it up
Spending time in Needles and want to enjoy a well made diner style breakfast?! The Giggling Cactus is it! Clean, friendly, and accommodating...the staff was attentive and quick. The portions were large and what I would expect flavor-wise from my favorite diner. Come for the cute name, stay for the food, leave satisfied. They also have lots of Route 66 swag too!
Few places are able to mix modern and retro styling seamlessly, but Giggling Cactus does, with ease. The open floor plan creates a sense of space while the seating arrangement gives privacy. Well designed dishes made by the energetic staff add to the overall feel of home cooking in a highway diner. The 420 Cactus Fries are exceptional, giving a new meaning to "animal style" fries that is well worth the upgrade. The wait staff are very accommodating and ready with recommendations for anyone who can't decide.
Great food and service in a God forbidden place.
Friendly staff, great place to eat.
This Giggling Cactus is a gem of a find! The service was exceptional and the food is phenomenal! My wife and I had the Pot Roast Stroganoff which was absolutely rich in flavor. Dessert was Apple Pie Ala Mode and it was huge!I highly recommend The Giggling Cactus.
Was recommended by Laci. I asked where to go for good wings. Buffalo "TRADITIONAL" wings. Worth a visit. Sat at the bar. Wish I had gotten her name, bartender was awesome. Professionally friendly, she instantly had us at ease and feeling welcome. Glad we listened to Laci. If I'm ever in Needles, NV again will definitely stop again. If anything it can only get better. Oh, very reasonably priced. 16 wings, 4 beers, 2 tequila, 1 whiskey.....50 bucks. Worth it.
Awesome Mile high Pastrami sandwich
